Name: Walkure (pronounced "VAHL-keh-reh" stoopid Americans) or "Val"

Gender: Female

Race: Werewolf, we think. Though not a part of the Quileute tribe at La Push, she is genetically identical to their wolves.

Age: Somewhere between 1,047 and 309. Don't look at me like that! She doesn't have a better idea herself! She looks about twenty-two.

Birth: Somewhere between 962 and 1700 anno domini.

Appearance: In human form, 5'7", slim/feminine build, long and slightly wavy blonde hair, dark blue eyes. In wolf form, as large as an Alpha, golden fur, dark blue eyes, left hind paw is black as are right hind toes.

Personality: Optimistic, curious, wise in a childlike way. Walkure has seen a lot, but she's seen most of it in her wolf form. Consequently, she doesn't look at things quite as complexly as a normal human or vampire.

Talents: Languages, Walkure has learned several languages in her travels. Alpha, though she's never had a pack, Walkure is genetically inclined to be an Alpha.

Background: Walkure doesn't remember a lot about her early life. She's always known that she could look like a human, but she's rarely taken advantage of that ability. Her earliest clear memory is of going west from the Holy Roman Empire and finding an ocean. So, she turned around and went east. She went through forests and mountains and met several smaller wolves who did what she told them to but weren't really good companions. After some time, she reached the end of the forests and found a steppe. She turned south here, and came across a desert. The other wolves left, and Walkure was left to endure the long and arduous trek herself. In time, though, the desert too ended, and Walkure found herself in rain forests. She continued east a bit through these until she reached another ocean where she turned north. She doesn't know how long she ran, but soon, she found herself in the coldest winter she had ever known. To the east though, a bridge of ice stretched across the ocean. She followed it and found herself in a new land with new people, new animals, new scents. She's wandered this new land ever since arriving, though the only real time markers are her memories of the Revolution, when the "mixed people" fought the "red people from across the sea". She remembers this clearest because some of the people fighting with the red people spoke her native Deutsch. Today, she's found herself back in the Pacific Northwest.

Hm, I actually thought of something else to add.

Notable details that Walkure doesn't know: Because she's not related to the Quileute wolves, Walkure smells different and is not repulsive to vampires. Likewise, she doesn't mind the vampire scent either.

I had all of this stuff in my head when I first drew up the character. Why didn't I remember it all? I'm such a ditz. >.<

NDTWDK: Edward has difficulty reading Walkure's mind as she often has several trains of thought going at once in various languages depending on the topics.
