The Wilderness

"It's a girl thing, just forget about it, sweetheart," Alice sighed. "No, you didn't embarrass me, it's fine, really," she reassured him as she parked at the Cullen house. She got out of the car and gazed at the huge house absentmindedly. "Is there anything you feel like doing? I can't think of anything else I can teach you..."

"Umm... I don't know" James said, settling down on the floor.

"You can go ahead and have fun... I'll just nap..." James said, before lying down on the car seat, motionless, and resting. Of course, he couldn't sleep, but he could rest all the same.

"Alright then," Alice agreed and left the room quietly, stealing off to her room to write some more in her diary. "Call me if you need anything..."
