Personal History: Keegan lived in Marseille with his four older sisters until they were brutally murdered during a vampire gang war when he was eight. He ran away to San Francisco where he picked up the magic trade and became famous in California for it. He was known as "Le Magicien D'Emballement".
The Council picked him up when he was sixteen and were very impressed by his quick learning and fast improvement. They moved him to the senior ranks and sent him out on more field missions, noticing how useful his agility and magic tricks were in taking down mythical creatures.
He has recently been paired up with Adam Weston, who he has an extensive history with, to hunt down and kill the Cullens.
